1. Order Confirmation with Clarity

We believe in clarity before commitment. Prior to order confirmation, clients receive detailed sample sets (photograph or physical sample) that accurately represent the color, pattern, finish, and overall aesthetic of the stone. This ensures informed decision-making and mutual alignment.

Key confirmation parameters:

  • Agreed pricing and payment terms
  • Finalized product specifications
  • Tolerance limits: ±1mm in size and thickness, perfect 90° angle precision
  • All details captured in Quotation and Proforma Invoice requiring formal client approval
2. Internal Coordination & Production Kick-off

Once the order is confirmed:

  • A Purchase Order is issued to the selected factory
  • Details are shared with our branch office for on-ground coordination
  • Our field inspectors are equipped with precise measuring tools for ongoing verification

This stage ensures full alignment between our procurement, quality control, and production teams.

3. Multi-Stage Quality Checks​

We uphold quality at every production milestone—at 10%, 50%, and 100% progress levels. At each stage, product samples are measured and matched against agreed tolerances.

If any deviation is found:

  • Factory teams are retrained immediately
  • Machines are recalibrated
  • In case of persistent quality mismatch, production is shifted to alternate facilities

We ensure that only stone meeting our benchmarks proceeds to the next phase.

4. Photographic Documentation & Inspection Reports​

Every quality check is accompanied by photo documentation shared with our central office and buyers (upon request). Meanwhile:

  • Crate manufacturing begins, tailored to international shipping standards
  • Packaging quality is thoroughly inspected to ensure safe transit

This builds buyer confidence and allows real-time monitoring, even from across the globe.

5. Final Quality Inspection & Packing Oversight​

As the order nears completion:

  • Products are sorted and packed under expert supervision
  • Our Chief Quality Officer conducts random checks on 30% of the packed material
  • Once the production manager approves, we notify the buyer via E-mail or Whatsapp and archive the inspection reports

This final layer of supervision ensures consistency in finish, size, and integrity.

6. Optional Third-Party Verification​

Buyers seeking an additional layer of assurance can opt for third-party inspections through agencies such as:

  • SGS
  • Bureau Veritas

These inspections verify product quality, quantity, and compliance with international import standards.

7. Shipping & Loading Integrity

From our warehouse to the shipping port, we oversee every loading detail:

  • Photographs are taken at every stage—from crate loading to container sealing
  • Packaging is double-checked for strength, alignment, and labelling
  • Final photos are shared with the purchasing department and head office before shipment approval
